CSC has recently launched its Online Product Support - a self-help resource available to customers with current maintenance contracts.
This new facility has an ever-expanding number of topics, covering a variety of issues, and ranging from simple installation queries to advanced engineering techniques.
Much of the information in this resource has been taken from our Support Log on which customer queries are recorded and hence frequently asked questions can be established.
